GlenCannonent.com is a combined group of dedicated and talented professionals who are here to help attain your entertainment needs according to your budget. We act as your agent to reserve a talent. Also, we provide Other Services for your corporate or private event. GlenCannonent.com does not have control of or liability for the talent’s performance that are paid for with the GlenCannonent.com Services. Bookings are only guaranteed with a 50 percent reservation fee of the talent’s cost.

1.2 Your Privacy. Protecting your privacy is very important to GlenCannonent.com. Please review our Privacy Policy in order to better understand our commitment to maintaining your privacy, as well as our use and disclosure of your Information.

1.3 Privacy of Others. If you receive Information about another GlenCannonent.com Client through the GlenCannonent.com Services, you must keep the Information confidential and only use it in connection with the GlenCannonent.com Services. You may not disclose or distribute a GlenCannonent.com Client’s Information to a third party or use the Information for marketing purposes unless you receive the Client’s express consent to do so.

You may not copy, imitate or use them without GlenCannonent.com’s prior written consent. In addition, all page headers, custom graphics, button icons, and scripts are service marks, trademarks, and/or trade dress of. You may not copy, imitate, or use them without our prior written consent. You may use HTML logos provided GlenCannonent.com by GlenCannonent.com through our Merchant services, auction tools features or affiliate programs without prior written consent for the purpose of directing web traffic to the GlenCannonent.com Services. You may not alter, modify or change these HTML logos in any way, use them in a manner that is disparaging to GlenCannonent.com or the GlenCannonent.com Services or display them in any manner that implies WETA’s sponsorship or endorsement. All right, title and interest in and to the GlenCannonent.com website, any content thereon, the GlenCannonent.com Services, the technology related to the GlenCannonent.com Services, and any and all technology and any content created or derived from any of the foregoing, is the exclusive property of GlenCannonent.com and its licensors.

1.5 Assignment. You may not transfer or assign any rights or obligations you have under this Agreement without GlenCannonent.com’s prior written consent. GlenCannonent.com reserves the right to transfer or assign this Agreement or any right or obligation under this Agreement at any time.

1.6 Notices to You. You agree that GlenCannonent.com may provide notice to you by posting it on our website, emailing it to the email address listed in our mailing list, or mailing it to the street address listed in our database. Such notice shall be considered to be received by you within 24 hours of the time it is posted to our website or emailed to you unless we receive notice that the email was not delivered. If the notice is sent by mail, we will consider it to have been received by you three Business Days after it is sent. WETA reserves the right to close your information if you withdraw your consent to receive electronic communications.

1.8 Authorized Booking. You must be of legal age in your state, province, country and/or territory to book a talent. You agree to review the contract agreement sent by email and/or fax.

1.9 Talent Reservations. After receiving the contract agreement, the form must be sent back by fax with the client’s signature and the present date. Once the form is received, the client will be contacted by phone for the confirmation. The client then must pay the reservation fee, which is to be transferred through Bank Wire Transfer within five business days. If the funds are not received on time, the reservation will be considered cancelled and the process will then be repeated if needed.

1.10 Calls to You. By providing GlenCannonent.com a telephone number (including a wireless/cellular telephone), you consent to receiving autodialed and prerecorded message calls from WETA at that number.

1.11 Taxes. All fees related to the GlenCannonent.com Services are made free and clear of, and without any deduction or withholding for and on account of, any taxes, duties or other deductions. Any such deduction or withholding, if required by the laws of any country, shall be on your account and be borne by you.
